When will my order be dispatched?
All prints are made to order and are dispatched within 3-5 days after purchase.
Prints come unframed and safely rolled up in a tube.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the link provided in your Australia Post or DHL shipment email notification.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: $20.00
International shipping is a flat rate of $50.00 AUD and shipped with DHL.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note: All orders are shipped with Australia Post or DHL and can take up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched (please be advised that some orders may be delayed throughout the holiday season).

What if I put in my address wrong?
Please email our customer support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, if you have entered the wrong address.
If we are not at fault for the mis-shipment of your order, you will be required to pay further shipping fees.
Can I get a return on my order?
Returns only accepted is there is a default in the product and must be declared within 24 hours after order has been delivered, otherwise we unfortunately can't accept it.
Please feel free to contact us here if you think there is a default in your print order.
Returns are not accepted if the customer has simply changed their mind.
